Your role:
-Full lifecycle of M&A transactions: origination, financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence, and integration
-Strategic acquisition reporting and industry research
-Commercial negotiations and contract structuring with strategic partners
-Oversight of regional lending and funding structures
-Legal and litigation support for corporate transactions
-Strategic analysis of plant performance and operational expansion projects
-Monthly financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance feedback
-Budgeting and long-term strategic planning
What You Bring:
-Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of M&A or corporate development experience
-Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
-Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
-Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex relationships
-Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities
-A collaborative mindset and passion for driving business growth

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 salary. Actual compensation including any additional bonus components will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
