Join an expanding team that is looking for an administration role to help with task management and project management. The successful candidate will be an extremely high energy, well-organized team player, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, working cross-functionally to ensure quality work is being executed. 

What you will do

    • Manage and track department requests via Salesforce and escalate to stakeholders as needed. 
    • Support the department in customer relationship management including follow up on projects,  and partnerships
    • Interface internally and externally with stakeholders to execute various projects as needed
    • Support Customer Service team in Field Service requests
    • Placing customer product orders internally
    • Support with coordination and documentation for team meetings
    • Work with data entry/analysis
    • Setup ongoing team trainings
    • Create agendas and take meeting minutes during team calls, identify Action Items, and follow up with team members as needed
    • Weekly RFSM, Monthly FSM calls, etc..
    • Assist with creating presentation materials for Field Service leadership 

Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent internal and external communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid administration and organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
    • A can-do attitude – ready to pick up anything that comes their way
    • Sales Force Experience, Preferred
    • High attention to detail and quality documentation skills
    • Entry Level Role
$23.72 - $27.03 an hour
