As a Customer Service Advocate, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our clients and leading initiatives that improve service quality and team performance.
- In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Serve as a key point of contact for healthcare clients via phone and email
- Resolve customer issues and proactively communicate scheduling or stock changes
- Delegate tasks and projects with follow-up and accountability
- Investigate and report customer complaints using Salesforce
- Maintain inventory systems and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with production and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate manifests, routing documents, and waste transfer forms
- Liaise with billing, sales, and logistics teams on account changes
- Provide reporting on team KPIs and customer service metrics
- Mentor colleagues and drive continuous process improvement
- Must-Have vs. Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience (retail, hospitality, or corporate)
- Proven ability to lead or mentor within a team
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flex hours based on production needs
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Prior experience in logistics or healthcare service environments
- Demonstrated success in improving processes or team performance

We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, positively impact infection control and reduce environmental burden. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste on site at our treatment facilities across the U.S.
