The Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized work environment at our support office. This individual is responsible for overseeing office operations, maintaining supplies and inventory, and coordinating events. They act as the central point of contact for everything related to office functionality – from keeping the kitchen stocked to ensuring the office is ready for team meetings, events, and day-to-day work.

What you will do

    • Develop and maintain how-to guides for office processes (e.g., using meeting rooms, managing incoming mail and packages).
    • Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
    • Coordinate product or inventory returns from the office.
    • Order and maintain stock of office supplies, including printer needs and equipment.
    • Oversee kitchen and breakroom supplies (paper towels, cleaning products, coffee, etc.).
    • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces; ensure whiteboards are cleaned, dishes are loaded/unloaded from the dishwasher, and the coffee machine is maintained.
    • Manage general office communications around etiquette and cleanliness expectations.
    • Maintain and organize inventory of marketing swag, onboarding kits, and office materials.
    • Ensure onboarding materials are prepped and available for new hires.
    • Coordinate office events including team lunches, happy hours, in-office sales visits, and internal conferences.
    • Manage catering orders and logistics for meetings and events.
    • Provide onsite support for annual sales conferences and mini-conferences hosted at the office.
    • Scan checks for Finance processing.
    • Provide travel booking support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience: previous experience in office management or administrative support preferred.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple vendors and service providers.
    • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with inventory tracking tools a plus.
$25 - $28 an hour
