To support our continued growth, Daniels Health is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly—tracking inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with warehouse, sales, production, and suppliers to ensure we have the stock needed to serve our healthcare customers with our reusable containers.

What you will do
- Tracking demand by using Sales Pipeline to determine anticipated demand
- Ensure that the latest & most accurate site evaluations reflect inventory orders placed
- Keep visibility of the roll-out schedule
- Place inventory orders once a sales opportunity has reached sufficient threshold
- Track lead times and potential pitfalls that could delay a customer roll-out
- Track container repair stock and de-installations as a source of inventory
- Manage outbound purchase orders
- Review contracts for setup and billing requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure delivery requirements
- Join implementation calls to get timelines for deliveries and finance approvals
What we are looking for
- Positive attitude with strong analytical and communication skills
- No degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Understanding of forecasting and demand planning
- Experience in operational or production environments preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables required)
- Remote role; must maintain Central or Eastern business hours
- Sponsorship is not available for this role
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
