Your mission
As FP&A Manager, you'll build the financial model that drives Daos Hub’s strategic growth. From forecasting and budgeting to investment analysis, you’ll turn data into clear insights. By streamlining reporting and collaborating across teams, you'll ensure financial clarity, accuracy, and performance at every level.

Deep-dive into current financial structures and data flows. Familiarize yourself with Xero and internal processes. Begin assessing our financial models and reporting needs.
Build robust forecasting, budgeting, and performance models. Launch key financial reports and dashboards. Collaborate across teams to align on data accuracy and financial goals.
Drive cost control initiatives and refine variance analysis. Support the evaluation of new initiatives and investment opportunities. Lead continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
How You’ll Contribute
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Perform detailed financial and variance analyses, cost control, and scenario modeling.
- Deliver clear financial reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Customize Xero to meet managerial reporting and financial tracking requirements.
- Identify and interpret key financial indicators and trends.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, aligned financial planning.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
- Evaluate new projects and investments through structured business cases.
- Lead or support internal process improvements in the finance function.
- Partner closely with the CFO to strengthen our financial architecture.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (pivots, formulas, automation).
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and cash flow analysis.
- Strategic thinking and ability to distill complex data into actionable insight.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Bonus: Experience customizing Xero or similar accounting systems.
