Your mission

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the pulse of Daos Hub—building authentic connections, shaping member experiences, and cultivating a thriving ecosystem. From onboarding new residents to curating in-hub events, your work ensures that our space is more than just functional—it’s magnetic. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the atmosphere, engagement, and growth of our community.

Your First 90 Days: Impact roadmap

    • 0–30 Days
    • Get embedded in the Daos Hub community and internal systems. Learn operational tools (e.g., Nexudus, Salto) and observe member behaviors and feedback.
    • 31–60 Days
    • Lead onboarding, community rituals, and participate in events. Strengthen daily communications, refine experience touchpoints, and activate pilot programs for engagement.
    • 61–90 Days
    • Launch scalable engagement formats, introduce metrics to measure community health, and propose enhancements based on data and feedback.

How You’ll Contribute

    • Champion the daily experience for all Daos Hub residents and visitors.
    • Onboard new members with energy and precision, ensuring a seamless start.
    • Organize and host community-driven events, meetups, and private gatherings.
    • Build strong relationships with members to understand needs.
    • Leverage tools like Nexudus to manage bookings, events, and member data.
    • Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain an excellent environment.
    • Monitor community engagement KPIs and recommend improvements.
    • Respond swiftly to member issues, emergencies, and community needs.
    • Foster a sense of belonging, initiative, and shared ownership.

What You Bring

    • 2+ years in coworking operations, hospitality, or community management.
    • Solid background in operations and client services.
    • Experience using coworking and space management software.
    • High attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
    • People-first attitude with strong communication and team leadership skills.
    • Strategic ownership mentality with a flexible, action-oriented mindset.
    • Willingness to work shifts when required.
