The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the Marketing team, leading strategy, development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and infrastructure across multiple channels. This role requires an innovator and problem solver who can guide current and prospective customers along their buyer’s journey. The role combines an in-depth knowledge of and interest in our buyers’ needs and thirst for data-driven digital marketing strategies. The role is focused on a B2B product environment that requires continuous discipline and focus on long-running transactions.

Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement digital marketing strategy, and drive strategy and support execution for content marketing programs, inbound lead generation and lifecycle nurturing to support sales growth
    • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns that result in additional contacts added to contact database and additional marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
    • Email campaign management and execution, including driving conversion of contacts to MQL’s, and generating net new contacts and MQL’s
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures, across both digital and email channels
    • Manage Website and create web traffic plan
    • Create and implement SEO and SEM strategy. Coordinate with Comms team to ensure Social and other content is SEO optimized
    • Strong collaboration required with (and on behalf of) sales and partnership teams and initiatives
    • Driver of effective eCommerce and related automation (shopping cart, fulfillment, support, etc.)
    • Manage and measure lead flow, starting with monthly reporting evolving to a real-time report
    • Own marketing automation infrastructure (HubSpot and connection to Salesforce.com)
    • Supervise marketing interns or other personnel as required to meet job responsibilities

Requirements:

    • Experience creating and managing digital marketing programs
    • Experience building email templates; managing emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, lead scoring, lead profiling, distribution lists; and applying data cleansing techniques
    • Experience in technology marketing
    • Strong understanding and experience working on HTML design and best practices
    • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment where prioritization and business needs change rapidly; ability to manage multiple projects
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Five plus years of marketing experience
