To complement our World-Class technical teams, we are seeking an awesome, customer service oriented Sr. IT Support Tech. You will be providing hardware and software technical support for our employees. You will primarily be responding to tickets and providing support for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices, printers, and other systems as needed. This position reports to the IT Support Manager (based in Dublin) and will receive general supervision, but will be expected to be able to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.

    • Hardware and software troubleshooting
    • Provide excellent support via remote access tools
    • Setup and configuration assistance, including installing software, operating systems, and peripheral devices
    • Create and maintain Images for PCs & Macs
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues with the LAN
    • Monitor and utilize Meraki tools
    • Assist remote users in other offices
    • Interact with hardware vendors for repairs/service including warranty claims
    • Cell phone support
    • Consistently update inventory records to keep a high level of accuracy
    • Install anti-virus software and report and remove infections
    • Train users as needed
    • Provide A/V support for conference rooms
    • Work directly with employees and upper management
    • Perform device provisioning and decommissioning


    • 5 years of experience providing tech support to users of Windows and various mobile device platforms
    • Exposure to Macs and other Apple products.
    • AP experience – preferably with Meraki
    • Experience deploying images to PCs
    • MDM experience
    • Experience with inventory tracking and maintenance
    • Basic ethernet networking skills
    • Experience with basic networking using cloud based controllers
    • Customer service focus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Team player
    • Ability to adapt quickly to change and be up to date on new developments in the IT industry

    • Samanage experience
    • VOIP phone systems
    • Managing Access Points
    • Meraki experience
    • MS Office advanced skills
