Darwin Homes was backed by top Silicon Valley venture capital (Khosla, Fifth Wall) and was acquired by Pagaya Technologies, a publicly traded company, in early 2023. Pagaya is an AI/ML data technology company with offices in Tel Aviv, New York and Austin.
The Role Objective
Liaise between the POD Director and Turn Vendors, ensuring escalated issues are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner. Main point of escalation for all Move In issues and vacant/on market R&M.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all move in R&M escalations
- Track and manage all turns, work directly with turn vendor to expedite completion/ ensure high level of quality
