The Role
Darwin Homes is growing fast and we're looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Resident Services Manager to join our team. We’re growing fast, and growth means the challenges we’ll work on together will change as we lead Darwin through new and different phases.

What You'll Do

    • Maximize resident satisfaction within your assigned client portfolio via timely, courteous, and effective service rendered to residents
    • Oversee personnel and operations related to resident communications, move-ins and move-outs, renewals, collections, evictions, and resident escalation resolution
    • Provide subject matter expertise to the VPO of your assigned client portfolio
    • Lead and manage assigned Resident Services personnel and oversee related reviews, corrective action, mentoring, development, and performance improvement plans

What You'll Have

    • 5+ years of relevant property management experience
    • Experience leading people and interfacing with customers
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends on occasion
    • Ability to comfortably navigate new technology; competency in MS Office, Google Suites, and Slack 
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Single Family Rental (SFR) experience preferred
$60,000 - $100,000 a year
