About Adoor Property Management (APM)
Adoor Property Management LLC (“APM”) is a new property management platform focusing on build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. APM will leverage Darwin Homes’ proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, establishing itself as a leading player in the SFR industry.
The Role
We're looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate Turns Coordinator to join our team. We’re growing fast, and growth means the challenges we’ll work on together will change as we lead Darwin through new and different phases.
*We are hiring for multiple Turn Coordinators at this time*
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate turn reporting and handoffs through data entry and task execution
- Document project timelines, milestone dates, and key financial information
- Initiate workflows with the Field Services team at the start and finish of each turn and follow through completion
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant property management experience
- Familiarity with property management maintenance operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data entry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends on occasion
- Ability to comfortably navigate new technology; competency in MS Office, Google Suites, Slack
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Extended periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting.
- Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform tasks.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary.
- Visual acuity to read printed materials, computer screens, and other documents.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform duties requiring physical exertion.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including but not limited to, extreme temperatures, noise, and heights.
