We are looking for a Growth Engineer to join DataHawk! We need someone to help us grow through his problem-solving spirit and technical knowledge. Our ideal match will be with a software engineer with solid experience in Growth hacking and the will to work directly with our Sales, CSM, and marketing team. We expect autonomy, strong communication skills & capacity to help us scale in terms of quality best practices.
This open position comes at a particularly exciting time when we are accelerating these efforts and building our core organization.

Work on ad-hoc SQL queries, Crawling services, web integration, Salesforce customization... basically any growth hack you can think of.

For this role, you will be working hand-in-hand with Ludovic (our VP of Engineering), Isaac (our CTO), and Sylvain (our CPO).

[ ] Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
[ ] Collaborative work in a human-sized team
[ ] A solid experience as a Growth Engineer
[ ] Good knowledge and experience in Software Engineering
[ ] You know your way around scripting tools like Python or PowerShell.
[ ] Expertise and insights about web scraping and integration
[ ] Experience using Salesforce
[ ] Good understanding of the data generated from e-commerce marketplaces and their meaning/usefulness
[ ] Ability to work in a Microsoft environment (Windows, C#, SSMS, Azure...)
[ ] Database/Analytics knowledge (SQL/Spreadsheet)
[ ] Hacking spirit and problem-solving mindset
[ ] Fluent in English
[ ] Autonomous and self-organized
[ ] Healthy Passion: Keep up-to-date on advances in the field
[ ] Ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions

Upon positive feedback, you'll go through a half an hour interview with someone from our management team to describe to you in detail how we see things at DataHawk.
If everything still looks good, we will schedule a more extended interview with engineers from our Tech team.
Provided everything went great on both sides, the final interview will be with the hiring manager and another team member to discuss your past experiences in more detail and answer the last questions you may have. Finally, you'll have the occasion to meet one or several of our founders for a quick informal chat.

Salary: 40,000€ to 50,000€ depending on profile
