As a Product Communications Manager at Dataiku, you are developing and implementing communications plans to support product understanding for internal and external stakeholders. The position provides high quality, client-focused approach to support product communications including the production of enterprise-wide product communications regarding product launches and enhancements.

Responsibilities

    • Product Communications Strategy Development: Lead teams in the creation of product communications strategies that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Product.
    • Coordinate kickoff meetings, content production, and ongoing communication strategy for products launches and enhancements
    • Create compelling sales and marketing collateral to drive adoption and understanding of new product features
    • Meet the Market Analysts to ensure Dataiku Data Science Studio is well understood and scored in their reports
    • Work with business partners across the organization (Marketing, Legal, PR, Product, Partners and Internal Enablement teams) to ensure effective, accurate product communications
    • Owns and facilitates the development of marketing, reporting, training, and client communication materials that correspond with product launches and enhancements to support global distribution
    • Own the product available on the website (product section and worksheet)
    • Maintains a centralized repository for all projects including a calendar of key deliverables, in consultation with product managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Masters or BA/BS in engineering or scientific field preferred
    • 2 years of related work experience
    • Ability to work with multiple internal disciplines on portfolio of productsUnderstanding of product life cycle and technical marketing
    • Experience developing Professional products, technologies or services
    • Strong interest in Data and Machine Learning
