Dataiku is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage receivables in a fast paced, exciting environment. You will research, resolve, and communicate accounts receivable issues related to customer accounts. This includes creating client invoices, corresponding with customers to discuss past due accounts, processing payments utilizing various operating systems, researching payment disputes, and handling collections.

What you'll do:

    • Create invoices on our software or on our customers’ invoicing portals
    • Send payment reminders to customers
    • Reply to internal requests relating to customers
    • Answer customer requests such as forms to complete, W9 requests, or clarifications about invoices
    • Apply payments to invoices
    • Participate in the monthly close process
    • Audit requests support
    • Help with ad-hoc requests

What you'll have:

    • Experience in a similar role
    • Netsuite experience is a plus
    • Salesforce experience is a plus
    • Detail orientation
    • Proven ability to multitask
    • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and co-workers both verbally and in writing
