Dataiku is looking for someone with integrity, energy, and a strong financial background to join our fast-growing finance team. You’ll help us on a wide array of topics across finance, including budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting. This role offers a motivated and hardworking individual the opportunity to make a strategic impact, while learning about many aspects of our business.

Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed complex financial and analytical models for budgeting and forecasting, including income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
    • Partner with key business stakeholders to help drive data-driven decisions and outcomes
    • Able to work with large amounts of data to analyze sales and operating performance that will help drive strategic business decisions
    • Drive improvements to the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of our budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Help select and implement a financial planning tool
    • Perform ad-hoc modeling requests for board meetings and management team
    • Support investor relations functions, including investor reporting, comparable analysis, and compilation of investor materials

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience, ideally in equity research, investment banking, and/or FP&A roles
    • Ability to build complex financial models from scratch
    • Deep understanding of business model and accounting principles, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows
    • A self-starter with multi-tasking ability and good attention to detail
    • Be an effective business partner with strong communication skills and able to effectively collaborate across departments
    • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
    • Demonstrated ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner
    • A bent towards constant learning and improvement
    • Experience in technology/media/telecom (ideally software) preferred but not required
