Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to execute our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in the technology or data analytics space, with proven experience in supporting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Maintain marketing calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, execute deliverables, and manage project milestones to support lead generation, including:
    • Manage social media posting schedules and community engagement
    • Assist with email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Hubspot)
    • Support SEO efforts through content optimization and keyword research
    • Maintain and update CRM data and lead information
    • Monitor and report on social media metrics and engagement
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and KPIs

Key Responsibilities: Content Marketing & Brand Management

    • Support and facilitate the production of marketing materials including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications (website, collateral, events, PR, etc)
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners

Key Responsibilities: Event Marketing & Industry Presence

    • Plan and execute participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, including:
    • Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and company events
    • Assist with event promotional materials and registration management
    • Support on-site event activities and follow-up communications (travel required)
    • Manage event supplies, swag, and promotional materials inventory 
    • Organize webinars, workshops, and thought leadership events
    • Develop speaking opportunities and industry partnerships to enhance brand visibility

Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement & Collaboration

    • Develop a close relationship with sales, customer success, and the product teams to support the cultivation of a healthy bowtie funnel, including:
    • Facilitate the production and management of sales enablement materials and tools 
    • Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate product value propositions

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
    • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or data analytics companies
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media management platforms)
    • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
    • Experience with marketing attribution and ROI measurement
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
    • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
    • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software marketing
    • Previous experience in startup or high-growth technology environments
    • Professional marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
