As a Data Business Analyst, your role involves translating complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.

·       Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

·       Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present insights in a clear and concise manner.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·       Understand business requirements and define additional success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

·       Extract actionable insights from data analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data storytelling.

·       Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.

·       Monitor business metrics and track performance against targets.

·       Identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and errors to maintain data integrity.

·       Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

·       Experience in OTT, Streaming or Broadcasting is a plus.

·       Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI, along with familiarity in programming languages such as SQL or Python, is a plus.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
