We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and experienced individual with a background in producing engaging short and long form content to play a key role in our DAZN content team. The role report into the SVP Production and Editorial and will be responsible for answering marketing briefs with content ideas, overseeing DAZN non-live content strands, developing, commissioning, and delivering multiple strands of content marketing to promote DAZN events. You will be a strong storyteller, full of creative ideas and editorially strong, with a large book of contacts and a keen eye to drive value from budgets to deliver engaging content fast and efficiently.
 
This role can be based in London or Leeds and part remote.

As our new Non-Live Content Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Develop current and new DAZN content strands, both in story-telling, talent and editorial approach. 
    • Manage day-to-day relationships, with producers, camera operators, editors  and production companies that work across non-live content.
    • Drive the storytelling approach of our non-live content, making engaging stories, to make viewers care about our events your priority.
    • Nurture and develop a team of internal producers in story-telling and creative ideas and delivery.
    • Work with top tier DAZN talent, to develop long and short form content.
    • Work hand in hand with DAZN Marketing and Creative and PR functions on content marketing.

You'll have:

    • Experience in making engaging long and short form content.
    • First class storytelling and editorial experience
    • Experience with working with marketing and PR functions for content marketing purposes
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication / collaboration skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and highly organised work approach.
    • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple content strands at the same time
    • Strong negotiation skills and be able to stretch budgets and drive value.
    • Demonstrates exceptional flexibility, adapting easily to changing circumstances and diverse work environments.
    • Ability to prioritise collaboration and is known for being approachable and easy to work with, fostering a positive team dynamic.
