Our top-of-the-strategy and execution is a critical priority for DAZN. With a vast array of content on our site and platform, as well as extensive free content offering, we aim to transform how we engage and retain our users. Our vision is to open top of the funnel and showcase our free content proposition to all sports fans. We have created a top-of-funnel function to bring and keep users on our platform. By showcasing our VOD and select live content on our platform, we intend to convert traffic into engaged, paying members.
 
This role can be based in Hammersmith, London, or in Vienna, Austria, Madrid, Spain.

As our new VP Global CRM - Top of the Funnel, you'll have the opportunity to:

    • Create and implement a comprehensive Top of the Funnel global CRM strategy to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
    • Develop Top of the Funnel playbook and copies to centralise and automate global CRM formats and assure seamless execution of campaigns to drive retention
    • Design and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints, from initial interaction to long-term engagement.
    • Utilise customer data and analytics to inform CRM strategies, identify trends, and develop personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies to enhance customer relationship management capabilities.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of CRM initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
    • Partner with regional CRM teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Adapt CRM strategies to meet the needs of diverse markets and customer segments worldwide, ensuring a personalized approach in each region.

You'll have:

    • A strong background in CRM with proven success in developing and executing strategies that drive customer retention and engagement.
    • Expertise in designing and optimizing customer journeys and experiences.
    • Proficiency in utilizing customer data and analytics to develop personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective CRM strategies.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools and technologies, with experience in their selection, implementation, and optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate the success of CRM initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
    • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a diverse team of CRM professionals.
    • The ability to adapt CRM strategies to meet the needs of global markets and customer segments.
