Are you an experienced content editor with a passion for boxing, football and detail? DAZN is the world-leading sports OTT service and we are hiring a Content Manager to work across our new written editorial outputs in English language.
 
The successful candidate will lead the DAZN News desk for our global English-language service and will have a passion for boxing, football, NFL and other sports.
 
This role can will be based in Leeds

As our new News Lead Editor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Assigning & editing articles
    • News desk management including staff rota
    • Use of SEO & analytics tools like AHREFS & Google Analytics
    • Mapping out SEO & editorial plans across sports
    • Writing & production

You'll have:

    • 6+ years' experience working in written digital media, either for a broadcaster or publisher.
    • Knowledge and working experience of boxing, with a strong interest in football and/or NFL.
    • Excellent written English to a high editorial standard.
    • Mastery of principles of print journalism, including homepage curation, subbing, headline writing, fact-checking, news protocols & features editing.
    • Extensive use of content management tools for content creation, storage & publishing.
