As a Service Ops Lead you will have opportunity to:
- Trackilive production events in real-time across various tools and dashboards.
- Quickly act on critical deviations and communicate with various stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Ability to clearly document and review the anomalies for presenting with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare monitoring schedules for upcoming live events and manage other associates.
- Agile and flexibility to work in different time zones (esp. UTC) under pressure.
- Ability to take ownership in running the SOC track end to end, incl. managing a team.
- Willingness to learn new tools and participate in discussions with cross-functional teams.
You'll be set up for success if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in monitoring, reporting, and managing production incidents.
- Creating and building Dashboards.
- Understand key metrics, identify anomalies, and establish correlations across multiple tools.
- We expect to be flexible working in night shifts.
