As a Service Ops Lead you will have opportunity to:

    • Trackilive production events in real-time across various tools and dashboards.
    • Quickly act on critical deviations and communicate with various stakeholders for timely resolution.
    • Ability to clearly document and review the anomalies for presenting with internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare monitoring schedules for upcoming live events and manage other associates.
    • Agile and flexibility to work in different time zones (esp. UTC) under pressure.
    • Ability to take ownership in running the SOC track end to end, incl. managing a team.
    • Willingness to learn new tools and participate in discussions with cross-functional teams.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

    • 8+ years of experience in monitoring, reporting, and managing production incidents.
    • Creating and building Dashboards.
    • Understand key metrics, identify anomalies, and establish correlations across multiple tools.
    • We expect to be flexible working in night shifts.
