As a SDET within DAZN's Product Engineering team, DAZN is seeking a talented, SDET who is expertise in testing mobile and TV platforms on Android based applications/Devices, cross browser and cross platform testing, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber Framework, Junit and Espresso.

This role is full-time, based in our Hyderabad, India office, 5 days a week WFO.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Experience in testing mobile and TV platforms.
    • Experience in cross browser and cross platform testing.
    • Flexibility to work in Manual and Automation testing as per priority.
    • Experience in Mobile testing using Appium or Similar tools.
    • Experience with Android Studio, ADB and Xcode
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
    • Experience with Git and CI tools.
    • Expertise in either Selenium, Appium, Cucumber Framework, Junit and Espresso.
    • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
    • Good to have Java/Kotlin

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases against our software platforms and applications in the mobile and TV environments.
    • Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value added feedback.
    • Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verify fixes.
    • Analyse and communicate test results and defect tracking.
    • Execute white box, black box, and manual testing.
    • Estimates own testing tasks and works productively with minimum supervision while showing excellent team attitude.
    • Participate in day-to-day team activities as part of an Agile team.
    • Engage in cross-functional integration testing within technology teams and with third parties.
    • Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification with the product owner.
    • Contribute to performance and scalability testing efforts.
    • Provide the testing estimates to the team.
    • Mentor and share the testing practices with the scrum team.
    • Technical ownership of software testing infrastructure and improving product quality
    • Take responsibility for monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye toward improving product quality.
    • Work on automation testing for all existing systems.
    • Support all production releases per sprint.
