Your team
You’ll work in our UX & Design team, a creative collective responsible for designing the DAZN experience. You’ll work closely with UX Writers, engineers, business analysts, and product managers, local markets and localization.

As our new Content Systems Manager , you’ll have the opportunity to:
Manage copy strings on platform : Ensure copy is transferred accurately from designs onto the product
Manage the publishing process for UX copy : Act as operational lead for content uploads and be accountable for carrying out QA for copy going live, in accordance with deadlines.
Help optimize tooling and workflows : Support product to identify inefficiencies in copy tooling and workflows, and propose improvements
Maintain and promote copy guidelines : Enforcing copy guidelines to maintain consistency in content quality and language across what is live
Act as copy library champion : Assist design and copy teams with keeping copy libraries up to date
Monitor content performance : Evaluate content performance metrics, gather insights and make recommendations for optimizing content  
Stakeholder management : Day-to-day operations with translations, engineering and product

    • Are experienced in stakeholder management across different markets

Even better if you:

    • Are curious about design and have some knowledge of design tools eg Figma
    • Have experience in an operations or project management role
    • Have experience working with localisation
