We’re looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our People Operations team and be focused on our Revenue Org. Our revenue team is growing rapidly and we have exponential headcount growth for 2022. As we’ve reached a really exciting point in our company lifecycle, we are looking for someone to help bring some amazing talent onboard.

In this role, you can expect to:

    • Partner with Revenue Recruiter to identify and reach out to qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and 2X the volume of pipeline for all Revenue roles
    • Understand the needs and requirements for our Revenue teams and identify sourcing strategies that are in line with the dbt’s hiring goals
    • Own lead generation - this is arguably the most important task. This person will have knowledge of relevant job boards and platforms to help double our volume of pipeline
    • Measure conversation rates and own reporting - keep track of metrics and optimize sourcing strategy and process based on this data
    • Understand use of tech & tools - knowing how to work with different platforms (Linkedin, Slack)
    • Be our brand! Generate interest in building a talent pool and networking with really awesome people

You're a good fit if you have:

    • Work experience in the recruiting industry or a similar role
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (networking on social media platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, lead generation, and building pipeline)
    • An eagerness to learn and identify market trends in the recruiting world, specific to the data space

You have an edge if you:

    • Have experience with Lever
    • Have experience in a remote-first organization.
    • Have experience sourcing for revenue roles in the software industry

Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $60k-80k
    • Equity stake
