Dealerware has an immediate, full-time opportunity for an Agile Program Manager to help us transform the way car dealers and manufacturers think about products and profits. We’re looking for someone with professional experience in leading complex programs, creation of agile-at-scale processes, and managing roadmaps in accordance with time and resource constraints.
 
As an Agile Program Manager, you will:
 
       Manage and lead strategic and complex programs, using Agile methodologies, across multiple project teams and/or departments
       Contribute to forming the company’s agile-at-scale processes: metrics, measurements, release processes, dependencies
       Provide visibility of deliverables to stakeholders and the wider team
       Act as the point of escalation for risks, issues, and obstacles, ensuring action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution in a timely manner
       Promote and encourage collaboration and transparency and build trusting relationships between business, product development, and other entities within the organization
       Play an instrumental role in the organization’s Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and show strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
       Plan and facilitate collaborative sessions to help set realistic expectations for cross-team projects
       Identify where a coaching or mentoring approach is required and apply these techniques to guide teams and individuals to adopt an agile mindset
       Support product managers in visualizing the roadmap, measuring and being able to articulate product value as well as prioritization of the backlog
       Collaborate with scrum masters to align agile best practices across the organization

Required qualifications:
       Minimum of three years’ agile program management experience supporting multiple teams and dependencies in an enterprise organization using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
       Track record of delivering complex cross-functional software projects, preferably within a scaled agile environment
       Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certification
       Experience working in a scaled Agile environment using SAFe or other similar frameworks
       Experiencing with JIRA and Confluence
       Experience developing crisp program status dashboards and reports and presenting to high-level leaders and large groups
