Dealerware’s team is currently hiring for a Business Process & Systems Specialist to drive scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence across our organization. This role will be responsible for acting as the admin and/or subject matter expert for tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Gainsight, HubSpot, and Formstack. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a track record of process improvement in a SaaS, fleet management, or automotive industry setting.

As a Business Process & Systems Specialist, you will:

    • Provide support to the business by serving as an internal subject matter expert for various internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, approvals, workflows, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
    • Support the setup and optimization of HubSpot workflows and automations to streamline marketing and sales operations.
    • Design custom formula fields, field dependencies, and validation rules.
    • Manage large data imports, exports and quality assurance.
    • Own and optimize the churn tracking and processing workflow to improve customer retention strategies.
    • Evaluate industry best practices and implement customized solutions for scalable growth.

Required qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in business operations and/or SaaS industry roles.
    • Salesforce certified 
    • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.
    • Strong proficiency in data and operational analytics:
    • Experience with CRMs & BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Formstack, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Technical expertise in data querying (SQL),  system Integrations, and automation toolsets (Workato or similar)

Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in the automotive software industry
