What you will do
-Develop and execute product marketing plans aligned with business objectives, creating compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
-Collaborate with product management to understand product features and translate technical benefits into customer value.
-Support product launches and major releases to drive awareness and adoption.
-Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
-Produce high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials and tools.
-Work closely with sales teams to deliver customer insights and provide product training.
-The most critical part of this role is developing and executing successful product release and launch metrics, product and feature adoption, content and collateral utilization, and new deals and expansion.
What skills you need
-Demonstrated years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a FinTech or SaaS company.
-Demonstrated years of experience in a broader marketing or product centric role for FinTech/SaaS.
-Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Business.
-Ability to write and develop high impact content and communications.
-Strong aptitude for developing persona-driven positioning.
-Experience with successful product launches and adoption.
-Strong interpersonal skills/ability to work cross functionally.
-Ability to translate technical benefits into customer value.
