What You Will Do
As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product by defining and executing the strategy for AI/ML-powered features. You will work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data and AI to improve the capital-raising journey for issuers and investors.

- Own the Data & AI Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for AI/ML-powered features that drive issuer success and platform efficiency across multiple product areas.
- Co-create with design and engineering to evolve our UX toward agentic, AI-augmented workflows and mentor/lead other PMs as a player-coach for AI innovation.
Translate Business Problems into Data Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and AI can improve acquisition, retention, and capital raised per dollar spent.
- Define Requirements for Data Infrastructure: Work closely with engineering to build scalable data pipelines, event tracking, and identity resolution systems that power real-time insights and personalization.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and alignment on go-to-market plans and product adoption.
- Establish Success Metrics and Measure Impact:Owning cross-org GTM planning and influence, especially around AI-driven growth.  Defining KPIs and validating the effectiveness of data-driven products and experiments.
- AI & Innovation champion:  Driving org-wide experimentation frameworks or platform-level intelligence initiatives.

What Skills You Need
- AI/ML Product Strategy: 5+ years of experience defining and prioritizing high-impact use cases for machine learning and AI across the user journey (e.g., campaign optimization, forecasting, audience scoring). Must have led at least 2 successful AI/ML product initiatives from concept to launch.
- AI-Native Systems Thinking: Demonstrated experience co-creating agentic workflows with design and engineering, and understanding how to architect products that scale learning and impact with small, high-leverage teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at using data to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and inform product roadmap decisions; understands A/B testing, cohort analysis, and key growth metrics. Experience should include designing and analyzing at least 10+ A/B tests.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers to define product requirements for models, data infrastructure, and real-time analytics. Proven experience defining requirements for data pipelines and event tracking systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Success teams to drive adoption and collaboration around data/AI initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Adept at uncovering user pain points and turning complex data capabilities into intuitive, valuable product experiences for users.
