How will you create an impact
- Reporting to the Head of Investor Services within a dynamic team of 4, you will spearhead our operational excellence and AI initiatives for Investor Services.
- Manage day-to-day operational needs of the Transfer Agent product (conversions, issuances, dividends, request processing), ensuring proper adherence to SLAs and meeting the underlying needs of clients and investors, including robust investor relations, services, and support. Initially, this involves hands-on task completion and preparing clear guidelines for future team members.
- Champion compliance requirements for Transfer Agent operations, collaborating closely with legal teams.
- Document comprehensive Operations and Procedures for Transfer Agent functions and lead the charge on AI Verification/implementation, ensuring 'Innovate and Simplify' is at our core.
- Create streamlined, work-reducing processes to drive Transfer Agent efficiency via Engage (our IR/TA platform) and other methods, constantly striving to 'Drive Outcomes'.Guide the client journey through a transparent and streamlined onboarding process and foster positive investor experiences through proactive support.
- Identify and help implement product diversification and service offerings for our Transfer Agent and Engage platform, reflecting our commitment to 'Be Bold and Direct' in growth.
- Own and report on key SLA metrics for AI verification, Transfer Agent functions (days to onboard, issuance timing, transfer timing, dividend timing), and Transfer Agent client churn metrics.
- Manage the operational funnel using Monday/Looker for forecasting and updating weekly activities, coordinating with the finance team as needed.
- Partner with the finance team to build efficient invoicing processes and ensure accurate revenue capture for Transfer Agent services.
- Work closely with the legal team to establish robust Transfer Agent compliance protocols, coordinate Technology compliance initiatives, and review quarterly audit processes for Technology and Transfer Agent services.
- Collaborate with various teams to craft effective customer campaigns, educate customers about new products and features, including developing comprehensive shareholder FAQs and documents, to enhance overall investor communication and 'Obsess over Customers'.
- Strategize, identify, and help implement pivotal functionality improvements for the Transfer Agent and Engage products, focusing on AI verification and Technology client due diligence (SaaS Solutions).
What you should have
- A clear and comprehensive functional understanding of Transfer Agent services, Engage (IR/TA platform), AI verification, and SaaS solutions.
- Strong Excel skills with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated AI competency and a proactive ability to identify and propose areas for AI deployment and integration.
- Experience working effectively with CRM systems (e.g., Monday, Looker, Hubspot).Deep compliance and detail-oriented operational experience, with a keen eye for regulatory adherence.
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer, investor, and team member experiences.
