Role Overview:
Are you a sporty entrepreneur at heart? Join our Hong Kong retail team as an Omni Service Leader and become a driving force in enhancing customer satisfaction. Working hand in hand with your Store Services & Operations Leader, your main objective will be to go above and beyond in satisfying our sports users and driving our Hong Kong project forward. From assisting customers with inquiries to ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met, you'll play a crucial role in improving the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities:

    • 1. Offer Smooth Payment Experience:
    • Provide customers with an exceptional payment experience by efficiently handling their transactions.
    • Familiarize yourself with different payment systems, such as traditional methods, ECO, and CIS, to accommodate customers' preferences.
    • Play an active role at the Quick Checkout (QCO) area, ensuring customers feel attended to and enjoy a pleasant checkout process.
    • Become proficient in all checkout procedures, from opening to closing, guaranteeing a smooth flow for both customers and the store.
    • Follow established procedures for managing monetary flows, such as cash-in-transit and cash inventory, to maintain accuracy and security.
    • Verify customer identification at the checkout, ensuring a secure and trusted payment process.

    • 2. Promote Customer Loyalty and Relationship:
    • Welcome customers warmly and maintain a helpful attitude at the store, creating a positive first impression.
    • Engage with every customer by greeting them with a smile, offering assistance such as providing a shopping basket, and addressing any concerns they may have.
    • Understand customers' needs through attentive listening, enabling you to offer suitable solutions and enhance their shopping experience.
    • Effectively handle customer feedback and resolve issues by following the "satisfied or satisfied" approach on different platforms.
    • Familiarize yourself with your store's customer service policies, including returns, financing options, workshops, and rental services, so you can provide comprehensive support.
    • Stay informed about your store's commercial events, such as promotional campaigns and sports events, to offer relevant information and maximize customer engagement.

    • 3. Offer Efficient Online Order Management:
    • Ensure a convenient and satisfying omni-shopping experience by maintaining a well-organized and visible click-and-collect area.
    • Take ownership of online orders, independently managing the entire process, including order receipt and addressing any issues that may arise.
    • Provide customers with a seamless collection experience by warmly greeting them, offering assistance, and personal handovers at the store.

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is key. Your ability to engage customers and deliver compelling presentations will drive sales success. Fluency in Cantonese and English is highly desirable, and Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
