Join our Hong Kong retail team as a Sports Sales Assistant (Part-time Omni Sports Leader) and fuel your passion for sports while working flexibly under the guidance of a Catchment Sports Leader. As a team member in your Sports Department, you'll be responsible for assisting customers, offering expert product recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring our store maintains its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities:
- 1. Inspire Sporting Passion and Support Customers:
- Create an inspiring and enjoyable shopping experience for our sports users, helping them find the right products and services that ignite their passion for sports.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, offering guidance, product recommendations, and personalized solutions.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported in their sporting pursuits.
- 2. Offer Comprehensive Sporting Solutions:
- Showcase a diverse range of products and services that cater to the needs and interests of our sports users.
- Assist customers in exploring different sports and finding the gear and equipment that suits their preferences and budget.
- Contribute to the success of team sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers.
- 3. Ensure Availability and Safety:
- Help maintain a well-stocked store, ensuring products are readily available for customers to purchase.
- Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers, promoting their well-being and protecting their personal information.
- 4. Support Store Operations:
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, making it easy for customers to navigate and find the products they need.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, restocking shelves, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- 5. Foster a Positive Sporting Community:
- Engage with customers and fellow teammates to create a welcoming and inclusive sporting community within the store.
- Participate in local sporting events and initiatives, promoting the Decathlon brand and building connections with the broader sporting community.
What you bring:
