Role Overview:
Are you a sporty entrepreneur at heart? Join our Hong Kong retail team as a Part-time Omni Service Leader and be an important part of our mission to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. Working closely with your Store Services & Operations Leader, your primary objective will be to exceed the expectations of our sports users and drive our Hong Kong project forward. As a Part-time Omni-Service Leader, you'll contribute to improving the customer experience by providing dedicated support and assistance to our customers, ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met. Your responsibilities:

    • 1. Facilitate Smooth Payment Process:
    • Ensure customers have a pleasant payment experience by handling their transactions with efficiency and care.
    • Familiarize yourself with different payment systems, such as traditional methods, ECO, and CIS, to accommodate customers' preferences.
    • Support customers at the Quick Checkout (QCO) area, making sure they feel attended to and enjoy a hassle-free checkout process.
    • Become skilled in all checkout procedures, from opening to closing, ensuring a smooth flow for both customers and the store.
    • Adhere to established procedures for managing monetary flows, such as cash-in-transit and cash inventory, to maintain accuracy and security.
    • Assist in verifying customer identification during the checkout process, promoting a secure and trustworthy payment environment.

    • 2. Promote Customer Happiness:
    • Create a welcoming atmosphere at the store, greeting customers warmly and fostering a positive first impression.
    • Engage with each customer, wearing a smile and offering assistance, including providing shopping baskets and addressing any concerns they may have.
    • Listen attentively to understand customers' needs, enabling you to offer suitable solutions and enhance their overall shopping experience.
    • Effectively handle customer feedback, resolving issues using a customer-centric approach across various platforms.
    • Familiarize yourself with the store's customer service policies, including returns, financing options, workshops, and rentals, to provide comprehensive support to customers.
    • Stay updated on the store's commercial events, such as promotional campaigns and sports events, to provide relevant information and maximize customer engagement.

    • 3. Coordinate Efficient Online Order:
    • Maintain a well-organized and easily accessible click-and-collect area, ensuring a convenient and satisfying omni-shopping experience.
    • Take responsibility for managing online orders, including order receipt and addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth process.
    • Provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable collection experience, warmly greeting them, offering assistance, and personally facilitating handovers at the store.

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is key. Your ability to engage customers and deliver compelling presentations will drive sales success. Fluency in Cantonese and English is highly desirable, and Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
