We are hiring a Digital Events expert to manage our online events, appealing to both general partners and limited partners worldwide. This role will also help foster and grow a dynamic community of emerging managers and VC Lab alumni. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing large public online events as well as excellent written skills.

The Digital Events Associate responsibilities include:
- Assist with producing large virtual events for general partners and limited partners
- Host multiple large online events per week on Zoom and Airmeet
- Manage events publication across all platforms
- Produce event recordings and clips for distribution
- Lead efficient calendar planning and event reminders
- Facilitate participant conversations during events
- Work with the Marketing Director to support new events creation
What You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in digital events experience
- Experience with facilitating large online events with 200+ live participants
- Track record of hosting multiple digital events per week
- Proficiency with using Zoom webinars and Airmeet
- Thrives in a high-stress live environment
- Effective multi-tasking skills under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and intuition
- Detail-oriented and analytical nature
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup
