About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager at Deepcell requires a unique combination of skills to support and grow the awareness of the Deepcell brand and platform.  This role is responsible for all digital marketing aspects of the business from ideation, to execution, to measurement and improvement.  They need to be well versed across digital channels including organic and paid social media, 3rd party media, web, and email marketing.  This role will also be responsible for the back-end marketing operations activities to support the overall marketing team and strategy.  This role will report to the VP, Marketing.  

Areas of Responsibility

    • Generation and nurture of leads in alignment with company vision, mission and strategic plans to engage potential customers 
    • Managing Marketing automation operations and defining operational practices around campaign tracking
    • Developing and deploying email nurture campaigns
    • Owner of Social content, both written and visual and deploying organic and paid social campaigns
    • Development and deployment of Landing Pages
    • Development of plans and management of paid media channel
    • Tracking and Reporting of metrics through digital marketing channels with routine report outs
    • Manage digital channel budgets and improvement plans on cost per lead
    • Work closely with the product marketing and market development group to create marketing flight plans
    • Ensure data hygiene in marketing automation tool
    • Ensure proper tracking and reporting of campaign metrics
    • Stay up to date on modern digital marketing techniques

Minimum Qualifications

    • Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks  
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate in and outside of the company
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work independently 
    • Highly results driven with an aptitude for time management
    • 2+ years digital marketing experience in life science research industry serving academic, industrial, hospital, government, biotech and/or biopharmaceutical accounts
    • Experience using marketing automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience using Wordpress, Hubspot, and SFDC
    • Experience with design tools, InDesign/Adobe, Canva
    • Experience working with media agencies in Life Sciences
    • Experience developing and deploying multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Compensation and Benefits

    • Annual salary range is $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
