Definitive Logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This opportunity is contingent upon award.
The program manager will have primary responsibility for the oversight and execution of the project managing the schedule, risk, and delivery. Specific tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
•Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more project(s) to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers
•Supervisory responsibilities may include program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management
•Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered
•Reports project status and outcomes to leadership
•Effectively communicates and coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership
•Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered
•Documents Past Performance write-ups
•Primary responsibility for program growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience managing Public Sector engagements
- Record of successfully executed projects
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/Accounting
- PMP certification
- CSM or equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Government Contracting/Consulting
- Knowledge of and/or experience in federal civilian PPBE process
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Process Improvement and change management.
