Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our global People team and support the execution of our recruiting and hiring processes. Based in Medellín, Colombia, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from first contact through hire. You’ll play a critical role in helping us scale thoughtfully by ensuring that our candidate and hiring team experiences are smooth, efficient, and well-communicated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters.
- Support the administrative side of the hiring process (e.g., job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, feedback collection).
- Partner with recruiters to maintain an up-to-date and organized applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with the creation and delivery of offer letters and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting needs.
- Identify and recommend ways to improve candidate and hiring team experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative support role, ideally in a tech and hybrid/remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to source talent across a wide range of departments, including technical, operational, and corporate functions.
- Requires the ability to adapt to evolving needs and remain effective during periods of change.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and using collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Experience with Lever is a plus.)
- Team-oriented and proactive, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Must be based in Medellín, Colombia.
- This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
