Although the notion of privacy isn’t new, privacy in an interconnected, digital world is much more difficult to navigate. When our founders Rob Shavell, Andrew Sudbury, and Eugene Kuznetsov got together in a small office in Cambridge, MA years ago and agreed that this was emerging as a major problem on the web, DeleteMe was born. Because the ways that third parties are collecting people’s information is constantly changing, DeleteMe has evolved to address these challenges for today and tomorrow.

DeleteMe is looking for an experienced, energetic, results-oriented Product Manager, who excels in a team-oriented environment, to join our Product team. 

As a Product Manager at DeleteMe, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and market-leading products and features that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for building exceptional products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the personal privacy of our customers and help shape where DeleteMe is going next.

Work directly with DeleteMe’s Product leadership to drive product priorities.

Define product features and requirements, and communicate them clearly to the development team.

Experience in Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Ensure that each user story has the correct acceptance criteria and

Help gather, manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Work closely with engineering and design to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and ensure the right problem is solved.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Track and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on product performance, roadmap progress, and risks.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven  Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment. 

Having prior experience in building products at a security-focused vendor would be preferred.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong relationships.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
