Department Focus:
The People Experience Department at Deliverect is a passionate and innovative team dedicated to crafting a workplace where every individual feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their best. Beyond traditional HR, we build meaningful relationships with employees, understand their needs, and develop impactful programs. We are committed to creating a welcoming and celebratory environment where individuality is embraced, and diversity and inclusion are central to our mission, fostering an inclusive workplace that supports the growth of every employee. By investing in their development and offering supportive compensation packages, we empower our people, our greatest asset, to excel in their careers.
Your Impact:
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-loving Office Manager to become the heart and soul of our Amersfoort office. This is a crucial, part-time role (20 hours/week) where you'll be the backbone and the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from a tidy workspace to seamless support for our growing team. You’ll be much more than just an office admin—you'll be the go-to person who anticipates needs, brings people together, and helps create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported. Your contributions will directly enhance the employee experience and support a thriving work environment for our local and global teams.
While this is a part-time role, we’d love for you to be in the Amersfoort office 4 to 5 days a week, ideally during the morning hours, to help keep things running smoothly.
What you will do:
- Manage the Office: Take full responsibility for our office layout, ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships (like cleaning and supplies), and handling any necessary repairs.
- Support the Team: Be the first point of contact for employees' questions regarding office management, from stationery and hardware to travel arrangements.
- Assist with People Operations: Work closely with our People Experience team to play a key role in the onboarding process for new hires, making their first day a memorable one. You'll also assist with the off-boarding process.
- Foster a Great Culture: Help plan and organise in-house events, celebrations, and team activities that bring our team together.
- Coordinate Globally: Provide assistance with global office admin tasks as needed, helping to streamline processes across our international locations.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A proactive and hands-on mindset with a can-do attitude, ready to jump in and solve problems. You're comfortable with office machines and have a strong understanding of office procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills, with a mastery of multitasking and prioritising work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A "start-up attitude" that enables you to be a self-starter who navigates ambiguity and thrives on solving new challenges with limited resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a natural way of making others feel welcome, heard, and supported.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
