Your Impact

As a Partnership Director you will have a significant impact on Deliverect’s expansion in the US within the Strategic Accounts team which oversees the largest US accounts. The role will be a mix of strategy, partnerships, and product to position Deliverect as the SaaS technology frontrunner in this QSR segment. Your strategic partnership prowess will not only fuel revenue growth and market expansion but also lead to significant partner acquisition, cementing Deliverect's status as a global authority in order management solutions for the hospitality and e-commerce industries. Leverage partner networks, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic acquisitions to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and partner retention. Embark on exciting adventures, with up to 20% of your time dedicated to travel.

A Typical Day:

    • Partnership Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional partner & customer experiences.
    • Provide strategic guidance and partner support throughout the sales cycle.
    • Sales Lead Generation:
    • Identify, qualify, and source large sales opportunities within strategic partners for the sales team.
    • Develop and execute effective partnership tactics to penetrate target accounts.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within the QSR industry.
    • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic partners.
    • Understand partner needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity generated by partnership activities.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations.
    • Analyse data to identify product trends and opportunities.
    • Partnership co-marketing:
    • Identify, budget, and co-organise co-marketing opportunities within strategic partners for the sales team.
    • Identify and facilitate the organisation of such opportunities one-off or at the occasion of general conferences

Your Expertise:

    • 10+ years of proven commercial partnership experience track record with the largest US QSR partners
    • In-depth understanding of the B2B partnership landscape, including channel marketing, partner ecosystems, and relationship management.
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
    • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Comfortable within regular travel and also at short notice when required

Additional Information:

    • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto or New York office and 2 days of remote work.
