Your Impact

As the Partner Account Manager with fluency in Mandarin, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strategic partnerships that expand Deliverect's market reach and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve implementing and managing joint business plans, ensuring partners can effectively sell and promote Deliverect’s offerings, and tracking performance against joint business goals. By developing innovative integration solutions and optimizing existing partnerships, you will help enhance Deliverect’s value proposition and ensure long-term success for both Deliverect and its partners.


A Typical Day

    • Become the trusted advisor for assigned strategic alliance partners, building strong and collaborative relationships.
    • Implement and manage joint business plans with partners, aligning with Deliverect’s overall growth objectives.
    • Develop strategies to increase partner-sourced revenue through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
    • Ensure partners have the capability to sell and promote Deliverect’s solutions effectively.
    • Track and measure joint business goals and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Foster open communication through regular meetings, calls, and performance reviews.
    • Proactively monitor partnership health and identify areas for improvement based on key metrics.
    • Celebrate partnership milestones and successes to solidify relationships and drive long-term engagement.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships through innovative product integrations, co-developed solutions, and new market exploration.
    • Provide training and enablement resources to partners, enhancing their ability to generate leads and close deals.
    • Leverage partners' sales channels and customer relationships to expand Deliverect's market reach and brand awareness.
    • Continuously evaluate partnership performance through data analysis and feedback from partners and customers.
    • Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements to maximize partnership value for both Deliverect and the partner.
    • Manage partnership renewals, negotiating terms and discussing future growth plans.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders, highlighting partner performance and areas for improvement.

Your Expertise

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnership management, channel sales, or alliance management.
    • Fluent language skills in English and Mandarin.
    • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partners.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement partnership optimization strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of ERP software products and REST API integrations.
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, online order management solutions, and the broader restaurant and hospitality landscape.
    • Experience with developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies (bonus points for experience with co-marketing initiatives).
    • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive targets.

Additional Information

    • This role includes targeted bonuses and commissions paid quarterly and annually based on net new partner retention and on-sell and upsell quotas.
    • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our downtown Toronto office and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
