Your Impact:
As a Solutions Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our global clientele. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our solutions and ensuring their successful implementation and adoption across various industries. Your direct engagement with customers and partners will be crucial in delivering value and fostering long-term relationships.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Dubai office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Lead pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements, assisting our sales teams with the more technical aspects of product demonstrations, and articulating the value proposition of Deliverect's solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the technical implementation process and providing insights on best practices.
- Develop and deliver customized solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of enterprise clients, leveraging deep knowledge of Deliverect's product suite and integration capabilities.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs through appropriate channels, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Deliverect's service processes, actively contributing to their continuous improvement.
- Quickly adapt to new and technically complex issues, prioritizing critical tasks to offer efficient solutions.
What you will Bring:
- Arabic is advantageous and English is essential.
- 3-5 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Technical Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, or similar position in a SaaS company.
- Hospitality, Retail, or E-commerce experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in G Suite, CRM, and ticketing systems, with experience in HubSpot, ZenDesk, or similar tools preferred.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, token authentication, and hands-on experience with POS platforms would be advantageous.
