By serving as strategic partners, we deeply understand our customers' evolving business needs to offer tailored support and guidance that maximizes the Deliverect platform's potential. Your Impact:
As a Growth Account Manager, you will drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses, with a focus on our SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will nurture existing client relationships, identify new expansion opportunities, and strategically boost revenue. You'll play a crucial role in introducing Deliverect's evolving solutions to businesses, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring our customers' business success.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto office and 2 days from your home.
What you will do:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify new expansion opportunities within your book of business.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling Deliverect products tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor to help them optimize their use of the Deliverect platform.
- Run a volume of client meetings, calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive value and ensure continued platform adoption.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage your expansion sales pipeline effectively.
- Achieve gross expansion and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets, forecast revenue accurately, and contribute to Deliverect's growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, to advocate for customer needs and drive mutual success.
What you will Bring:
- 1-2 years of successful experience in a SaaS go-to-market environment or an equivalent combination of work experience.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, fostering trust and rapport.
- Proven ability to independently manage sales cycles and drive growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of sales best practices and methodologies.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights and analytics to inform strategy.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive environment, while working both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations and the challenges our customers face is an asset.
