What will you get to do?
We add value to clients’ daily operations by helping to run or support their business operations on an ongoing basis, resolve issues, and continuously improve.
You will be an active member of the Service Desk team delivering value to clients ongoing. You will learn to work on the ServiceNow platform and be exposed to ITIL best practise around incident, request, problem, change and continuous improvement.

We know that as a student in your penultimate year, you may not necessarily have a tone of technical skills or experience, and that’s okay! At Deloitte, we value your ethics and potential to grow more than anything else. You’re someone who:
- Is in their penultimate year of a STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Maths), or Business/Finance/Commerce degree or similar.
- Has an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Thrives in collaborative environments.
- Demonstrates a resilient and hardworking attitude.
- Enjoys working on ambiguous and fuzzy problems.
- Is a problem solver that can combine creativity with analytical thinking.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills and can engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on issues and improvements.
- Can multi-task in an organised fashion and understand priorities driven by both client and Deloitte needs.
