We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Tax and Business Advisory practice in Ōtepoti/Dunedin. This is your chance to join a market leading professional services firm and develop your skills with an innovative, high-performing organisation that is committed to its people.

Your typical day will include:
 · Supporting five business leaders and the wider team in our Tax and Business Advisory practice, you’ll easily  adapt and build strong working relationships with them and the wider team
 · Document Finalisation: review, prepare and proficiently format letters, reports and other documents
 · Query Management: deal proactively with incoming correspondence/inquiries and respond as appropriate
 · System Maintenance: updating and maintaining key business applications including CRM, time management  and billing systems
 · Event Management: plan and manage both internal and external events for social club and marketing initiatives. This involves helping business leaders organise invitations, catering, venue, and speakers/entertainment as appropriate
 · Role modelling: Playing an active role in promoting and developing office culture, including helping to drive initiatives and assist with managing communication
 · Office Relations: Working with the other team members across the business and service delivery areas to coordinate activities and ensure the office is running smoothly

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
 · Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role
 · Confident and client focused with the ability to build trust and communicate at all levels
 · The desire to continually learn and be challenged is important in this role as is exceptional attention to detail and the creative use of initiative in forward planning
 · Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, higher proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint would be advantageous
 · Professional approach and ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholder types and levels
 · Strong organisational skills, regularly acting on own initiative and managing multiple priorities/activities, as well as proactively problem solving
 · The ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
 · Strong networking skills and the capability to build relationships both internally and externally
 · Experience working within a professional services/large corporate environment would be advantageous
