Our Transactions team in Tāmaki-makau-rau/Auckland is looking for an experienced PA wanting a more varied role.
 
About this team:

Our Transactions team is at the forefront of supporting clients on a variety of strategic and complex priorities.  From Mergers & Acquisitions, Transactions and Valuations to Turnaround and Restructuring and beyond.  This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Partners in driving and implementing business activities within our growing Transactions practice.  Join us and be part of a market leading professional services firm committed to innovation and to its people.
Reporting directly to our Partners, this pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support to them. You will assist with driving and implementing initiatives, diary management, facilitating travel arrangements and general administration support.
 
Your typical week will include:  

·         Diary Management and Travel Arrangements: Skilfully manage demanding diaries and coordinate travel logistics.
·         Resource Management Support: Assist in managing our resource management system, troubleshooting issues, and supporting workflow meetings.
·         Strategic Pursuits: Provide proactive support on strategic pursuits, liaise with key stakeholders, and assist in producing high-quality documents.
·         Talent Support: Contribute to onboarding activities, assist in coaching new joiners, and support talent review processes.
·         Event and Meeting Support: Assist Partners in organizing and executing successful events and meetings.
·         Super User and Change Champion: Take on responsibilities for internal finance and pipeline systems, driving process improvements.
·         Networking and Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships internally and externally, contributing to the success of our team.

·         Previous experience as a PA in a similar role, demonstrating professionalism and personable demeanour
·         Strong client focus with excellent communication skills
·         Exceptional organisational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritisation
·         The ability to build a network of strong working relationships both internally and externally
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office
·         A continuous learner with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
