About this team:
You will be joining a fast-paced team that are using the latest technologies to transform the way we work. Each team member is committed to the growth and success of one another while taking on new challenges day to day.
Your typical day will include:
Help maintain the day-to-day running of the Deloitte database & applications environments
Provide Level 2 & 3 support by managing support tickets
Collaborating with other members of the applications & infrastructure teams
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
Minimum two years’ experience in a full time IT role
Good overall problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised when required
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
Exceptional level of customer service and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and other team members
