Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and work closely with clients to prioritise business needs
Support intelligent automation business development and thought leadership activities

We are looking for someone with these skills:
• Automation experience with tools like UiPath, ABBYY, Microsoft Power Platform, Drools, Amazon Connect. We want people with RPA, rules engine, OCR, process mining, workflow, low code skills and the desire to keep learning.
• The ability to design the solution architecture of an automation engagement – essentially, we are looking for a technical lead to drive the technology side of the programme
• Or, you may be more junior and focused on the process mapping, design, documentation and development of the automation. We still would like you to be able to run scrum sessions and have the desire to expand your skills and progress.
• One eye on the benefits and how these can be demonstrated and reported – after all achieving the benefits are the reason for doing any work and we need to be able to monitor and report on success
• Plus, it goes without saying that you need to be able to work comfortably with clients and recognise that everything we do, even though it is ostensibly a technology project, ultimately delivers benefits for people and people are the centre of everything we do.
