We’re seeking a talented and confident Personal Assistant to support our Partners and other senior stakeholders in the Risk team. Your typical day will include:
 
·       Managing demanding diaries, including interfacing with clients to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings
·       Anticipating and coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
·       Processing expenses
·       Assisting with the management of CRM system
·       Supporting the wider team with any administration requests, including organising meetings, as required
·       Managing client and internal events, both in the local office and / or other offices nationally
·       Helping with the analysis of internal data for effective reporting and monitoring
·       Liaising with clients and dealing with incoming correspondence and responses, as appropriate
 
Enough about us, let’s talk about you! You are:
 
·       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·       Fast and accurate typing skills
·       Highly organised and demonstrate high attention to detail
·       Seasoned at multitasking, prioritisation and juggling competing priorities
·       Someone who exercises discretion when dealing with matters that are confidential and sensitive
·       Adept at building strong working relationships both internally and externally
·       Adaptable in working with stakeholders nationally across various offices
·       Experienced in working with professional services firm would be advantageous
