We’re seeking a talented and confident Personal Assistant to support our Partners and other senior stakeholders in the Risk team. The team
We are the largest professional services firm in the world! Our Risk team consists of a diverse set of people with a broad range of skills and specialisations. We are high performers who work hard, and we like to have fun along the way.
Your typical day will include:
·       Managing demanding diaries, including interfacing with clients to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings
·       Anticipating and coordinating travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements
·       Processing expenses
·       Assisting with the management of CRM system
·       Supporting the wider team with any administration requests, including organising meetings, as required
·       Managing client and internal events, both in the local office and / or other offices nationally
·       Helping with the analysis of internal data for effective reporting and monitoring
·       Liaising with clients and dealing with incoming correspondence and responses, as appropriate
Enough about us, let’s talk about you! You are:
·       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·       Fast and accurate typing skills
·       Highly organised and demonstrate high attention to detail
·       Seasoned at multitasking, prioritisation and juggling competing priorities
·       Someone who exercises discretion when dealing with matters that are confidential and sensitive
·       Adept at building strong working relationships both internally and externally
·       Adaptable in working with stakeholders nationally across various offices
·       Experienced in working with professional services firm would be advantageous
