This is an opportunity for a clever, motivated person like you to leap into the world of consulting with a world leading professional services firm. We are looking for a Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract to lead our Consulting Cadetship Programme. The cadetship programme you will be coordinating is an earn-while-you-learn opportunity for our next intake of technology consulting cadets. The cadetship is focused on our cadetsgaining the knowledge, qualifications, certifications, experience and skills needed to be successful in our technology consulting team at Deloitte.  

No day in this role will be the same as you will be working through the lifecycle of our cadet programme from recruitment and onboarding, through learning and development to the cadets graduating the programme.

What will a typical day look like:

    • Assist with the recruitment and selection of 25 cadets across the tech Consulting practice
    • Design, develop and deliver Learning and Development programmes
    • Design and develop quality learning content, materials and resources (including e-learning)
    • Conduct training needs analysis, learning needs analysis and provide advice and training options
    • Providing pastoral care of learners 

Let’s talk about you:

    • 2+ years of coordination or facilitation in a similar role (an asset if focused on Learning & Development)
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders
    • Highly organized, detail and quality-focused with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and able to work with people across all levels of the organisation
    • Empathetic and approachable with the ability to pragmatically work through cadet challenges and concerns
    • Embraces inclusion and diversity and can relate to people of different ages, ethnicities, genders and backgrounds
    • Experience in a professional services organization or corporate environment (preferred not essential)
    • Works collaboratively with other team members but also able to work well independently.
    • Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint skills coupled with strong administrative and co-ordination skills.
    • Ability to interpret data and question the outcome if not logical, experienced with conducting a learning needs analysis.
    • Ability to manage learning & development budget, reviewing monthly financial reports and forecasting
